Our client is an audit accountancy firm. Currently in the expansion and seeking for talents to join them.
Account Assistant/Executive (AP & AR)
• To maintain Account Receivables and Accounts Payable
• To preview transactions and documentations for compliance
• Responsible for Journal entries and general ledger entries and preparation of final account for month end closing
• Assist in daily accounting transactions.
• To check invoices, bills, vouchers or documents for corrections before entering into records.
• To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters.
• Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
• To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
• Previous experience in Merchandiser / Promoter
• Min 1 years of experience in Merchandiser / Promoter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, proactive, willing to learn and honest
• Familiar with MS Office ( Words & Excel )
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/ Cantonese/English/Bahasa
• Preferable Female Crew
• Basic : RM 100.00/day
• Attendance Allowance : RM 20/day ( No lateness )
• Duration : Every Wed & Friday ( Aug & Sept 2020 )
• The PT must commit all location & duration according to Group
• Rotating all above outlets weekly according to Group
• 10.00am – 7.00pm ( 1 hour break at 3.00pm - 4.00pm )
