To manage business development and sales process prospective partners/clients - recognize the client’s business needs, interpret them, and produce the business proposal
To perform the customer facing activities such as presentations andnegotiation
To maintain a reasonable degree of knowledge of all products, services and solutions sets of the company
To make contact with existing and potential partners/clients (healthcare institutions, associations, service providers) and scheduling meetings with decision makers from those organizations
To manage communications with partners/clients and guiding relationship development with the company
To drive and project manage implementation activities with partners/clients (post-sales)
To plan, manage and execute post-implementation activities with clients/partners to drive user growth, utilization and revenue against metrics and milestones
To constantly contribute implementable ideas based on market research and analysis on the development of digital health from medical providers angle
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
Knowledge of the industry corporate culture, values, and priorities
Passionate about the healthcare industry, leveraging your prior healthcare work experience with personal curiosity.
Strong network within the healthcare industry
4 to 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry or dealing with healthcare providers
Experience in business development / Account Management roles
Sufficient technical proficiency to grasp critical concepts of healthcare technologies and DoctorOnCall platform
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainties.
Ability to prepare and format presentations and proposals are preferred.
Must possess excellent communication, written, verbal and presentation skills
