This position is hired under Signature Facade Treatment Sdn Bhd, one of the subsidiary company of Signature International Berhad.
Utmost priority to strengthen the employer-employee relationship. Provide direction and advice to other HOD on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and target of the organization. Performs Human Resources Management works relating to recruitment, training, compensation, promotion, termination, career development & IR Process.
-Responsible on new staff recruitment, staff resignation or termination letter.
-Responsible to arrange interview session with respective department HOD.
-To prepare Employment Letter to new recruit.
-Responsible to issue Show Cause or Warning Letter for any disciplinary matter, and to arrange Domestic Inquiry if needed.
-Responsible to check and verify staff attendance, all types of leave application and staff claims included expenses, travel, overtime etc.
-Process monthly payroll & statutory contribution.
-Responsible to renew CIDB / Business License / Employment Pass.
-Responsible on office stationeries, printing materials, office equipment, computer hardware, office sundries and control of inventory.
-To handle up-keeping of office, machineries or any company vehicles inspection and insurance renewal.
-To handle staff IT request.
-To develop, update and maintain personnel policies, policy manual & employee handbook.
-To liaise with HQ HR Department for latest improvement plan implemented.
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English (Good spoken & written), Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Added Advantage)
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): General HR, Microsoft Office
-Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
-Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.
