We are expanding our coverage of the Southern region and we are looking for sales executives based in Johor.

Main responsibilities include:
1. To sell Agrochemical and Fertiliser products across designated coverage areas.
2. To establish and maintain multi-level relationships within accounts in designated territory to ensure revenue maintenance and growth meet the target.
3. To seek out the new business opportunities within the designated account grouping and outside according to the management guidelines.
4. To ensure the Company products are meeting the customer requirements
5. Develop annual sales budget plan and strategic plan to be achieved
6. Submit timely and accurate itineraries and reports to the management
7. Create brand awareness for Company product and review competitor data
8. Provide marketing product direction based on sales staff input and field investigation.
9. Build and increase market share for Company product in Fertillizers market
10. Collect debts and ensure payment on selected period
1. Must be willing to travel extensively across your designated states
2. At least 2 years experience in sales, preferably in Fertilizer sales
3. Able to communicate well and possess good interpersonal skills
4. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent.
5. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
