Develop customer-driven marketing strategy by identifying consumer and demographic trend, focusing on meeting customer needs, and examining how company products or services can meet those needs.
Good knowledge in utilizing and optimize Facebook Ad, YouTube Ad, Google Ad, or other campaign software(s) which are relevant.
Analyze overall performance of marketing campaign and share insights with the team to develop optimization plan.
Support online and offline marketing content and schedule for content in advance on all social media platform, i.e. Facebook, YouTube
Develop and manage company website.
Collaborate and liaise with different internal and external departments.
Able to perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, and other social media best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skill(s) in Bahasa Melayu and English
Aptitude with various social media platforms, as well as data tracking tools associated with them.
Proficient in HTML / CSS will be an added advantage.\
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to quickly pivot between projects as needed.
