Identify target audience and grow email list
Design & implement direct email marketing campaigns and ad-hoc news
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Write newsletters, ad-hoc news
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advance features.
Ensure prompt and accurate communication to minimize unsubscribes
Create email database for lead generation
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Managing Event – registration forms and database
Managing web server to ensure smooth operations
Managing iPay88 and banks on payment gateway integration and updates
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Proven work experience as an Email marketing or Digital Marketing specialist.
Hands on experience in HTML, content management systems and design software (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Creative and open to new ideas. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
