Responsible for scheduling customers appointments and plan it in internal system
Handle incoming phone & Email enquiry and Accurately recommends clients timing and services base on needs
Responsible to coordinate workers and jobs allocation.
Creates customer booking and maximize daily booking capacity.
Must be comfortable with daily extensive computer use navigating multiple applications while engaging in conversations with customers
Handle customer services and conflict management on the spot.
Work with logistic team to manage customer expectation on service delivery
Sales Skill over telephone is required
Organization skill and highly structural
Able to handle pressure and work on phone
Inbound work and comfortable to Work from Home and office.
IT savvy and able to multitask over digital and offline platform.
Basic courtesy and understanding of human behavior
