You must be able to listen and analyse customer calls , e-mail / chat to understand their needs and how to resolve their issues in accordance with a set methodology. Research available information using provided resources such to efficiently deliver high level of services.
Provide customers with accurate and precise information and educate them about products, services, and direct them towards available resources for self-help in the future.
Liaise with other departments or business associates to support and assist other colleagues to maintain & ensure the delivery of a quality integrated service to all customers
You will have a flexible approach to your work with excellent organizational skills. Having worked in a similar role before you will have a great telephone manner and strong communication skills, flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. You must also be fluent in English.
