This position manages sales processes in an assigned territory (Universities, Research Institutes , Hospitals, diagnostice, Phama) in accordance with approved sales plans. The Sales Representative has an understanding of applications relating to the companies products and is able to communicate the relevant product features, benefits and value. This knowledge, and appropriate sales skills are used to successfully promote the company and sell the companies products to achieve, or exceed the assigned territory sales plan.
This position reports to the sales manager. The incumbent is responsible for probing customer’s needs and provide solution with our company’s products or services. Incumbents will maintain the highest personal working standards and performance with emphasis on attaining monthly, quartly, and annually sales target under the company’s policy.
Diploma/degree or above or relevant experience in Microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedical related.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Extensive travel may be required. The employee must occasionally lift objects up to 15kg such as catalogue cases, trade show stands, demonstration equipment etc.
May require working overtime
With knowledge of field experience is preferable.
May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or as assigned
