To answer incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, identify their problem and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution and provide general information.
Provide customer support and assistance
Ensure all incoming calls are answered within the service level set by the Company.
To work as a team to reduce the call abandoned rate.
To attend to any other assignments assigned by the superior
At least SPM/Diploma /Degree in any field
Possess excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST
Fresh Grads with good English communication skills & self confidence level are encouraged to apply
Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
Good common sense and interpersonal skills
Good in Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening Skills, People Skills, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking, Strong time management and decision making skills
Adaptability and accountability.
Experience in customer service roles are welcome to apply
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to work 24/7 shift schedules
