To attend to customer inquiry and complaints via phone call and email.
To prepare shipping documentations such as bill of lading, commercial invoices, and billing for shipments.
To liaise with haulier and custom broker to coordinate on the container movement arrangement.
Must be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must be able to attend to operation matters off the working hours in view of the nature of the industry
Must know how to use Microsoft Words and Excel
