Handling of client's complaints as well as coordinating with the respective departments to ensure fulfillment of client's expectation & satisfaction.
Consult with customers after sales and resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Able to work independently, perform administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records.
