Able to do administrative works of the office, be at front desk to greet visitors as well as receive & document enquiries / complaints from online chat support platforms / telephones to be delegated to the other relevant office executives. Excellent customer service is expected.
• To receive calls, assist, entertain & greet visitors who visits the office;
• To draft & issue letters, emails, memos, notices & others related on behalf of the management / company;
• To become the contact center as customer support officer on the online chat website / app platform, receive calls & delegate the complaints / enquiries to the executive officers in charge;
• To manage, record & update day to day office supplies / assets;
• To manage calendars & schedule appointments / meetings on behalf of the management / office;
• To assist directors in accounting matters / back end system management as & when necessary;
• To assist management in human resources related matters - disciplinary, KPIs, office diary documentations, etc.
• Ensuring all tickets are solved within Service-level agreements (SLA);
• Minimum of 1- 2 years working experience as Clerk / Support Center Executive;
• Good written and communication skills;
• Proficient in English & Malay in both oral and written;
• Strong analytics skills and good in reporting;
• Experience in reporting using Microsoft Office softwares or Google Platforms is an added advantage;
• Willing to take on additional task assigned;
• Reliable, punctual and motivated;
• Problem solving skills in handling complaints effectively and efficiently;
• Good listening skills;
• Approachable personality with people handling skills.
