The day-to-day duties of the role are varied and include mainly to maintain the accounting system for monthly service charges & sinking fund collections. Generating monthly statement comprises of service charges & sinking fund, water bills as well as yearly quit rent, insurance & car stickers, etc. Prepare reports as required by Council.
Working knowledge of property management/collection of money.
