You will be responsible for ensuring that sales processes are understood and followed, ensuring that the solutions
presented meet the business’ outcomes for our customers.
You have 5+ years sales experience, with at least 2 years leading a team of sellers within the IT Industry
You demonstrate a consistent record of sales success
You have effective business planning skills, pipeline review, resource & Partner management skills
You are a strong coach with a passion for empowering Early in Career talent
You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
You have a good command of the English and Japanese language
