1) Secretarial and Administrative support
-Manage Correspondence (Mail, Email & Other confidential documents)
-Diary Management (Arrange appointments)
-Preparation and Management (Meetings, rotas, list events and deadlines)
2) Written,telephone and personal communication with wide variety of stakeholders, Such as Council(Board of Governors), parents, VIPs and other organizations.
3) Liaison with Admissions, Marketing, Transport, Events-Coordinator, Estate and others.
-Has Diploma or Degree in related in Business, Secretarial or relevant qualification.
-Excellent Written and Communication Skills ( Preferred International English).
-Has at least 3 years experiences in Senior Secretarial or Personal Assistant.
-Flexibility and Adaptability.
-Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
