1) To provide administration assistance on daily production and other special projects as required.
2) To update out-going stock on a daily basis
3) To maintain stock management and replenish from time to time
4) To handle enquiries and incoming work request i.e. samples for Marketing Department and customer orders
5) To do the data entry for stock arrival
6) To provide assistance on all general administrative jobs such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, typing documents, maintain up-to-date office filing systems, receptionist services, correspondence of mails and emails.
7) To purchase / source things for Profound Pastry
8) To maintain out-going stock, stock returned, staff records and prepare weekly sales reports.
9) Ad-hoc tasks as and when as required :-
a) To be responsible for Halal, HACCP & MESTI matters
b) To purchase or source company refreshment
10) To undertake other special project activities as assigned by management from time to time
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum 1-year working experience in the same field
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
