Responsible to develop and expand new business opportunities for the assigned business segment/industry through existing and potential customer base and lead the development of customer relationship
Perform all necessary sales and marketing activities for targeted industry sectors involving core product growth via project-oriented sales
Coordinate technical efforts with business partners/application group to develop value added product and troubleshoot problems.
Manage and supervise sales activity effectively in delivering sales budgets and receivables are collected promptly.
Drive overarching customers retention and employ customers retention marketing strategies tailored to customer segments to improve engagement and customer loyalty
Prepare monthly report to update market trends & competitor’s activities.
Ensuring agencies/distributorships are well maintained and to foster good relationship with them.
To assist Segment Manager & co-ordinates with sales co-ordinator in fulfilling daily operations and to meet customers’ requirements efficiently.
To stand in for Segment manager in his/her absence.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Science course. Example like Food Science, Chemistry and Biology
Required skills: Independent, excellent in interpersonal and communication skill, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possess strong planning, organization and analytical skills to excel in multi-tasking.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
Applicants must be willing to work in assigned geographic area (20% outstation) travel within Malaysia like Melaka, Perak
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.
Willing to learn and put in effort to upgrade oneself in product and market knowledge.
