Registration - ensuring that placement testing and registration systems are implemented properly and that all records are accurate; that fees collection are accounted for securely and accurately; that administrative records kept to date and accurate.
Customer Liaison - Ensuring that all customers are handled promptly and efficiently; personally attending to customers.
Marketing - supporting advertising and marketing campaigns and events on-site and off-site
- candidates must have successfully completed Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level, or above in any field.
- at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- willing to work on weekends and shift.
- flexibility and commitment to team work.
- possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Required spoken language: English and Mandarin
