1. Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Process customers’ transactions within assigned limit and established guidelines
3. Perform remittance and money changing transactions
4. Perform cash balancing three times daily (minimum)
5. Participate in promotional and sales activities to ensure the company’s growth.
6. Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to company
7. Capture customer’s transactions into management information system and issue receipt at all times
8. Perform housekeeping on daily basis
1. Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree qualifications
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Highly driven and possess excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
4. Previous experience working in similar role will be an added advantage.
