Provide guidance and technical support to customers either from in-house or on-site at customer premises.
Work directly with clients, to understand and resolve issues and liaising with delivery team to ensure
readiness of updates and rollouts.
Responsible for handling escalation to delivery team and communicate technical resolutions to customers.
Responsible for implementation and testing of the software system based on technical designs.
Maintain proper documentation.
Fix defects found during testing.
Responsible for quality and timeliness of his/her own deliverables and adherence to coding and software
development standards determined by the Delivery Lead.
Develop features across our complete product range (server-side as well as client facing) to deliver industry
leading solutions (Front end and Back end)
Develop software solutions by working with various stakeholders to determine end user needs, study system
interactions and data flows, designing and building integration APIs, and investigating problem areas by
following the software development lifecycle
Maintain a focus on the needs of our customers
Provide in-depth engineering support (debugging, performance optimizations, etc.) during the rollout phase to
Proactive, positive thinking and strong desire to build a better website and software
Create website design, web development, Facebook advertising, SEO, content management
Willing to travel (transport claimable)
Has strong experience and solid basic of Python, C++, PHP, C#, Microcontroller
