Manage calls and email in a professional manner.
Identify customer's needs, keep records of customer interactions and details of enquiries.
Promptly resolve customer enquiries by providing accurate and professional information.
Drive the efficient resolution in processing of customer complaints.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance total customer experience.
Process data entry on daily basis to update account information and sales orders.
Liaise with finance department for quotation and invoice issuance.
Daily / weekly reporting and variance analysis related to KPI's to Customer Service Manager.
Attend customer service review meetings and identify opportunities to enhance service levels.
Do desk research for new prospects as well as to cold call qualified prospects.
Primary communication language: Mandarin.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields.
Proficiency in Excel, Words, and other MS office, computer literate.
Willing to take up new challenges, work in shift, during weekends and Public Holidays.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service, Call Centre or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate with Nursing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
