1.0 Sales & Marketing
-To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote all categories of products and services. To deliver and advice customer on the function and benefits of the product.
-Schedule appointment for our outdoor sales personnel to meet customer for detailed product presentation. To make follow up calls to ensure customers aware of the appointment.
-To ensure achieve the sales target and others objectives as required by the company.
-Prepare sales forecasts, performance goals, sales proposal, and comprehensive sales reports.
-Perform research on market information and customers’ need including competitions pricing and strategies.
-Secure sales, answer phone calls, and follow up closely with new & existing customer’s email, enquiry and quotation.
-Periodically report on sales performance to the top management for review.
-Support sales activities including information, quotation and proposal request.
-Develop content & script for sales presentation (over the phone).
-Create and constantly make improvement on telemarketing scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific customers.
To travel for customer appointment as and when needed.
2.0 Customer Service
-Respond to and follow up sales enquiries generated by sales admin & service relation division.
-To attend to customer’s complaint / feedback and maintain customer relationship.
-To develop new customer base, service existing customers, and maintain consistence sales growth.
-To ensure collection of outstanding payment by customers are collected within the terms period.
-To provide field information or feedback to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
-Assess and control Credit limits for new or existing customers.
-To handle customer's complaint, plan for corrective and preventive actions.
3.0 Business Administration
-Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities. -Provide relevant management information to support review of plans and activities as requested.
-To carry out all administrative duties required by the Management.
-To generate and develop new business opportunities in Corporate Projects.
-Develop and execute strategic plan to optimize revenue and profit growth.
-Solve the technical and commercial problems to derive customer satisfaction.
-At least SPM qualification and above.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
