Facilitate/conduct various soft/technical skills training programs immediately.
Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and individual (basic to leadership level training).
Manage the delivery of training and development programs and devise a training strategy for the organization.
Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and human resource departments.
Produce materials for in-house training.delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Travel around to conduct onsite training programs in Company branches (APAC & EA regions except USA and Europe)
Communicate and liaise with the Chief Learning Officers, HR counterparts in All Branches to determine training needs.
Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Certified in any of these training tools, e.g. DiSC, MBTI, 7Habits, EQi 2.0, 6-Seconds, NLP, ICF, Six Sigma, Lean
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Learning and Development/Training and Development/Training Facilitation for corporate training programs..
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
