Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing process
Ensuring payroll transactions are processed efficiently and prompt remittance of statutory payments
Resolving payroll issues
Act as the point of contact regarding employment legislation issues
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
Measure employee retention and turnover rates and implement employee retention programs
Oversee daily operations of the HR Department
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
