Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
Manage all operational aspects of contract and fulfill all supply chain requirements.
Determine key supply chain KPIs and meet targets
Manage supplier communication and act as liaison between client and suppliers
Audit Supply Chain regularly and suggest solutions for process improvements
Handle Supply Flow and logistics of all material
Research and document all Taxes/Customs requirements for supply from each region and
Manage supply chain accounting and submit reports on supply activity in a timely manner.
Identify Specifications, Qualifications, Certification of each product and product origin to comply
Spearhead Catalog Development Project
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain preferably in manufacturing and construction industry but other relevant experience will be considered
Good knowledge in MS Office and Ms Excel
Possess good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, with team player spirit
Ability to work independently, organised and have a good time management with tight timescales
Analytical mind set, ability to mitigate risk and work on tight deadlines
Mandarin Speaking/Writing required due to purchasing requirements from China
