To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customers.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, present menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer’s order.
To follow and abide to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables etc.
Arrange breads and pastries in an orderly manner.
Proactive to learn about product knowledge.
Maintain high personal appearance, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the direct supervisor
At least 18 years and above.
Possess minimum SPM & above qualification.
Able to work shift hours
Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.
Candidate with F&B / Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management and/or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
