Be involved in and execute the daily outlet operations.
Adhere, implement and comply with the requirement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality management strategies.
To work hand-in-hand with Branch Managers or person(s) assigned by the company to achieve the objectives and targets set for sales, profit and control of operating expenses.
Master product knowledge of all SKU.
To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customers.
Drive initiatives to maintain, develop and enhance the outlet's image and branding in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage, and dining atmosphere.
Ensure the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift.
Ensure the outlet always meet hygiene standards and is ready for service.
Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company
At least 18 years and above.
Possess minimum Diploma & above qualification.
Candidate with F&B / Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management and/or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
Able to work 6 full working days (shift hours)
Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.
