Job Description –
: Answering /making calls / email to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
: Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
: Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
: Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
: Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements -
: SPM / Diploma / Degree holder.
: Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience related to customer service.
: Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken for business needs purposes.
: Ability to withstand pressure and high-stress tolerance.
: Flexible to work in rotational shift, weekends, and public holiday.
: Open for Malaysian citizen.
